Piers Morgan Weds In Private Ceremony

Piers Morgan’s got marriage.

The “America’s Got Talent” and “Britain’s Got Talent” judge wed Celia Walden in Oxfordshire, England, on Thursday, a Piers rep confirmed to Access Hollywood.

The nuptials were a small, private event for family and friends, without celebrity guests, according to the rep.

Celia is a columnist for the UK’s Telegraph newspaper, which reported that “Britain’s Got Talent” colleagues Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden were among the celebs not in attendance.

According to the Telegraph, Piers didn’t ask Simon to be his best man because the former “American Idol” judge is “terrible at timekeeping.”

However, Simon did send his well wishes.

“I hate to admit it but I’m absolutely thrilled for the two of them,” Simon, engaged himself to Mezhgan Hussainy, told the paper. “Having met Celia, I have no idea how he managed to pull this one off.”
