Pippa Middleton On Prince George: He’s ‘Brought Us All Together’

Pippa Middleton became an aunt last year with the birth of Kate and Prince William’s son, Prince George, and she opened up about her royal nephew on Tuesday’s “Today.”

“He’s amazing. He’s a very, very dear boy. And he’s brought a lot of pleasure and fun for all of us — the whole family,” Pippa told “Today’s” Matt Lauer of the little tot, who turns 1 on July 22.

Pippa said baby George is a delightful little boy.

“He’s sort of brought us all together and we love spending weekends with him and he’s very funny,” she said.

In the latest part of “Today’s” interview with Pippa, she opened up about her relationship with her sister, Kate. Pippa said the two are close, despite her sister marrying into Britain’s royal family.

“Obviously she has pressures that she’s taken on and things, but we spend a lot of time together. We still do a lot together as a family,” Pippa said, adding that their family’s closeness has allowed them to “be normal with each other, treat each other normally and that’s sort of kept us all fixed to the ground.”

Pippa said she and Kate still turn to each other for advice.

“We have a very normal sisterly relationship. We’re very close and we support each other and get each other’s opinions and things,” she said.
