Puma: ‘No Plans’ To Sign Elin Nordegren As Brand’s New Face

While Tiger Woods’ multi-million dollar sponsors continue to fall by the wayside, is wife Elin working on her own deal with Puma?

A report by TMZ on Wednesday morning hinted that the athletic wear company had been in “internal discussions” over signing the former Swedish model to hock their products.

However, a spokesperson for Puma released a statement to Access Hollywood on Wednesday suggesting Elin wouldn’t be pitching the brand anytime soon.

“To correct recent news headlines, Puma has no plans to engage in a brand sponsorship agreement with Elin Woods,” the statement said.

TMZ’s report noted the company was looking at Elin to front their Swedish-inspired clothing line called Tretorn.

Although Tretorn is owned by Puma, it is run as a separate company. Access has reached out to Tretorn to see if they have any plans of their own for Elin, but has not yet received a response.
