‘Real Housewife’ Teresa Giudice: ‘When I’m Attacked – I Attack Back’

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice says her outburst on the upcoming reunion show for her hit Bravo show – where she is seen yelling at her co-star and pushing host Andy Cohen – was warranted.

“When I’m attacked. I attack back,” Teresa told Access Hollywood at a rehearsal for the off-Broadway comedy, “My Big Gay Italian Wedding,” in New York City on Thursday.

“You can’t just expect to keep pushing someone’s buttons or attack someone and don’t expect a response back,” Teresa said, referring to her co-star Danielle Staub, who she’s been feuding with all season.

As for the pushing of Bravo executive Andy Cohen, the feisty reality star said no one should get in her way – not even the King of The “Housewives.”

“I don’t like to be… held back or…touched. You know what I mean,” she said, explaining that there’s more to the moment than what is seen in the promo clips. “Watch the reunion and then you’ll see how it plays out.”

Though her feud with Danielle was the talk of the night, Teresa – along with co-stars Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita and Dina Manzo (who are all starring in the stage comedy) – came out for a good cause. Portions of the proceeds from “My Big Gay Italian Wedding,” – directed by Teresa Cicala and starring/written by Anthony J. Wilkinson – will benefit Marriage Equality New York.
