A ââ¬ÅReal Housewives of New Jerseyââ¬Â star already headed for federal prison on fraud charges has pleaded guilty in an unrelated state case.
Giuseppe ââ¬ÅJoeââ¬Â Giudice accepted the plea deal Wednesday in Paterson after initially telling a judge through his attorney that he would go to trial on charges of unlawful use of an ID and impersonation.
Giudice allegedly used his brotherââ¬â¢s identity to obtain a driverââ¬â¢s license while his own license was suspended.

Under the deal, Giudice will be sentenced to 18 months in prison, to be served concurrently with his 41-month federal sentence.
Giudice and wife Teresa pleaded guilty in March to bankruptcy fraud, and Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to not filing tax returns. They were sentenced Oct. 2 in Newark.
