Rep: Alleged Kiefer Sutherland Victim Suffered ‘Multiple Fractures’ From Headbutt

Designer Jack McCullough “suffered multiple fractures to his nose” from Kiefer Sutherland’s alleged headbutt, McCullough’s rep told Access Hollywood on Friday.

According to the rep, the designer had to “receive medical treatment again last night” for the injury.

Access spotted McCullough on Friday with a cast on his nose. He was photographed on Thursday with what appeared to be a small cut on the bridge of his nose.

“24” star Sutherland was charged on Thursday with assault following a late-night altercation in a Manhattan nightclub on Wednesday night. He arrived at a New York City police station for questioning on Thursday afternoon before the charge was handed down.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the actor allegedly headbutted the designer after he interrupted Sutherland’s conversation with actress Brooke Shields at an afterparty following the Met’s Costume Institute Gala.

“Anyone who knows Jack McCollough knows that he would not hurt a fly,” McCullough’s rep previously told Access. “All we can say at this point is that he was the victim of a vicious, violent, unprovoked assault and that the matter is in the hands of the authorities.”

Sutherland formerly served 48 days in a California jail beginning in December 2007 after a drunken driving conviction.
