Report: Charlie Sheen’s Probation On Misdemeanor Assault Ends

Charlie Sheen’s probation in Aspen, Colo., is over.

Sheen was sentenced in Aspen to three months of probation, in addition to rehab and domestic violence counseling back in August after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of third degree assault over a Christmas Day 2009 incident involving wife Brooke Mueller.

TMZ previously reported that Capri Anderson, the woman who was in the room during Sheen’s incident in New York City a week ago – the event that led to the “Two and a Half Men” star being hospitalized — had claimed she wanted the Aspen District Attorney in Aspen to revoke Sheen’s probation. But, with the report that Sheen’s probation has reportedly come to an end, it appears Anderson, an adult film star, did not contact the DA.

On Tuesday, Pitkin County Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin (who oversees the Aspen area) told a reporter working with Access Hollywood that he had not heard from Anderson or anyone representing her. He said that the case was complicated because Sheen does not live in Pitkin County and the alleged incident with Capri took place in New York. Mordkin also told the reporter that the DA’s office does not extradite misdemeanor felons except in extreme cases.

He added that Sheen’s probation ended at the close of business on Tuesday at 5 PM.

Anderson reportedly claimed to police she was held against her will by Sheen at the Plaza Hotel during the incident.
In related news, Sheen returned to the set of his hit sitcom “Two and a Half Men” on Tuesday, as expected.

Additionally, ratings for the show, which also stars Jon Cryer, were up by 7% with viewers aged 18-49.
