Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are expecting a girl, according to a new report.
A source told E! News’ Marc Malkin that the couple will have a daughter.
Eric, who stars as Dr. Mark Sloan on “Grey’s Anatomy,” hasn’t spoken publicly about his impending fatherhood. But his wife opened up to In Touch.
“We’ve always wanted to be parents,” Rebecca recently told the mag. “I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I’ll be a good mom. We’re absolutely looking forward to it.”
Eric’s “Grey’s Anatomy” co-star Sara Ramirez previously told Access Hollywood that she expects him to be a stellar father.
“Yes! I think he’s going to be great,” Sara said. “I think he’s going to be really fun and really tender – just a different side of him.
“The parent’s side of you is unlike anything else – that’s what I hear,” she joked.
