Report: Ex-’Prison Break’ Star Had ‘Several Shots’ Before Accident

Former “Prison Break” star Lane Garrison drank “several shots” of vodka at a party before hopping into the driver’s seat of a Land Rover that crashed into a tree, killing a 17-year-old boy, according to TMZ.com.

TMZ claims to have eyewitness accounts from several people who were at a party with Garrison, all of whom claim the actor was taking shots of Grey Goose vodka when he arrived at the party with Vahagn Setian, the 17-year-old passenger who was killed, and two 15-year-old girls, who were also in the SUV at the time of the accident.

According to TMZ, when alcohol at the party was running low, the eyewitnesses said Garrison agreed to drive and buy more, taking Setian and the two girls with him. After several hours passed and the group had not returned, partygoers went looking for them and discovered the accident.

Garrison’s attorney, Harland Braun, told TMZ the actor consumed only one drink at the party and didn’t think Garrison was intoxicated when he got behind the wheel. The results of Garrison’s blood-alcohol test won’t be released for about two weeks.

Access Hollywood spoke with Rockmond Dunbar, who plays “C-Note” on “Prison Break,” about his former co-star’s accident.

”…I gave him a call yesterday and obviously… I don’t really know what to say. I don’t have too many details. I just pray for his well-being and the other people that were involved in the situation,” Dunbar told Access at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Monday. “I just pray for their entire families.”
