Report: Heather Locklear In Talks To Return To ‘Melrose Place’

“Melrose Place” might need to make room for one more diva in the building – the queen of all TV divas – Heather Locklear – reportedly has her sights set on the corner apartment with the view.

In April, reps for Heather said the actress would not be reprising her “Melrose” role as advertising power-executive Amanda Woodward – but has that all changed?

Earlier this month an executive for “Melrose” said, “the door is always open” for Heather to return to the series reboot, and it appears the invitation might have worked.

According to a People, Heather is in talks to reprise her role. Heather’s return would make her the fifth original “Melrose” resident to come back to the new CW series.Laura Leighton, Thomas Calabro, Josie Bissett and Daphne Zuniga will all be seen on the show this fall.

Both reps for Heather and the network would not comment on the actress’ reported talks when contacted by the mag.

When contacted by Access Hollywood, the CW had “no comment.”
