Lindsay Lohan is in discussions to join the cast of “Ugly Betty,” for more than just an episode.
TVGuide.com claims several sources confirmed to them that the actress is in “advanced discussions” to appear in the ABC show’s season finale on May 22.
Lohan may also appear in a number of episodes in the show’s third season. TVGuide.com claims Lohan could be lining up as many as eight episodes of the show.
Character details are being fleshed out, but the magazine claims that Lohan may play a fast food worker who becomes pals with series heroine, Betty Suarez, played by America Ferrera.
When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for ABC said Lohan was not confirmed yet.
Earlier this week, Naomi Campbell joined the “Betty” cast to film her cameo in the show’s finale.
