A second shocking photo of what appears to be Oksana Grigorieva has been revealed.
Radar Online posted a new photo purportedly of Grigorieva on Tuesday – which Access Hollywood has not authenticated – showing the Russian singer with what appears to be purple bruising and swelling around her left eye after Gibson allegedly punched her in the head twice during a fight at the actor’s Malibu mansion on January 6.
Radar’s David Perel recounted Grigorieva’s claims to Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on Tuesday.
“She was holding their baby Lucia when Mel apparently, according to Oksana, punched her in the mouth and hit her in the head near the left temple,” Perel said. “The force of those blows knocked her back onto the bed. She says that Mel put a forearm across her throat and used his free hand to put it over her mouth while she struggled to hold onto the baby. Before she was able to break free… he let her go.”
Grigorieva also claimed Gibson broke her teeth during the fight. Radar claims the previously released photo, showing her broken veneers and no bruising, was taken the day before the bruised photo.
“It’s also important that she went to her dentist and he took photos of her mouth and that’s part of the official record as well,” Perel said. “On January 8, she visited her doctor and was diagnosed with a concussion.”
Radar claimed these photos are crucial evidence in the domestic violence investigation against Gibson. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department told Access on Tuesday that they are focusing on physical evidence, witness testimony and text messages – not the explosive audiotapes.
A rep for Gibson had no comment on Tuesday when contacted by Access Hollywood.
