Report: Tori Spelling Mending Fences With Mom Candy

The Tori and Candy Spelling family feud has cooled off, according to E! Online.

The site reported that the reality star and her mom have privately reconciled their once very public feud.

A source told the site that the two began rebuilding their relationship in September after each spent time in the hospital. And Candy has even reportedly met her latest grandchild, 18-month-old Stella, and visited with Liam, 2.

In July, Candy wrote an open letter to Tori criticizing her daughter for making her grandchildren “reality show props” after being invited to meet Stella for the first time at a party to be filmed for Tori’s reality show, “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.”

And in May, Candy told 94.7’s WMAS-FM’s Kellogg Krew that she was “trying to work on the relationship,” but added that Tori had chosen not to speak to her – or her family, including her late father, TV mogul Aaron Spelling.

“That’s what killed my husband, actually,” she said at the time. “He just didn’t want to live after that. He [had] just done everything he could possibly do for his daughter, and she wanted no part of him once he couldn’t do anything for her.”

Aaron died on June 23, 2006, after suffering a stroke.
