Reports: Infant Son Of Cristiano Ronaldo Rushed To Hospital

The newborn son of Portuguese soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was taken to the hospital on Wednesday, according to reports.

Ronaldo’s son, 4-week-old Cristiano Jr., was taken to the Hospital Particular do Algarve, in the athlete’s native Portugal, The Sun reported.

Photos showed an unidentified blonde woman carrying what is believed to be Ronaldo’s child into the hospital, following a fast drive to the medical facility by the soccer player’s sister, Katia.

According to The Sun, the party, which did not include Ronaldo, spent around two hours at the hospital before leaving with the child and heading home.

Ronaldo was reportedly in the north of Portugual at the time for a funeral.

He has not been spotted publicly with the baby since announcing the child’s birth in a Facebook posting just weeks ago.

“It is with great joy and emotion that I inform I have recently become father to a baby boy,” the 25-year-old soccer star posted on his page, not long after his international team was sent home from the World Cup.

Ronaldo went on to note that he would not be disclosing the identity of the baby’s mother and would be raising his son on his own.
