LOS ANGELES (April 12, 2007) — Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora are officially single again.
The couple finalized their divorce settlement on Wednesday, after dissolution of marriage was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Access Hollywood has learned.
The couple was married for 11 years. They have a 9-year-old daughter, Ava Elizabeth.
Heather, 45, filed for divorce from Richie, 47, in February 2006. A month later, he filed papers seeking joint custody and asking to have the terms of a prenuptial agreement enforced.
In the dissolution papers, Heather indicated she is not receiving child support from Richie.
After being romantically linked to David Spade in the past, Heather has recently been rumored to be dating her former “Melrose Place” co-star Jack Wagner.
Richie is dating Heather’s former best friend Denise Richards.
