Rising Star: Olga Kurylenko

Olga Kurylenko may win the heart of Daniel Craig in the November release “Quantum of Solace,” but she’s more than just a Bond girl — she’s AccessHollywood.com‘s new Rising Star!

The Ukrainian-born model and actress launched her movie career in France in 2005 before jumping into action with roles in 2007’s “Hitman,” alongside Mark Wahlberg in this year’s “Max Payne” and of course, the latest Bond chapter, “Quantum of Solace.”

In “Quantum,” Olga plays Camille, who is the rarest of Bond girls — one who doesn’t sleep with the heroic MI6 agent.

“He’s slept with other girls already in all the 21 movies,” Olga told Access Hollywood. “I think it’s perfect like this.”

Instead, 007 is lucky to earn kiss from Camille.

“We’ll only give him the kiss because he was behaving very well,” Olga said. “Camille is not really in that time of her life where she’s ready for it. And I think Bond… he just lost the woman he loved, so I don’t think he’s ready either.”

But Daniel Craig was certainly ready to act alongside Olga, who he said “nailed” the role.

“Her story is about vengeance. It’s a story that has to be about someone whose carrying a dark, dark secret… she has to have strength.” he told Access. “And she just came in and had this mystery and she’s beautiful.”

With her breakthrough roles and fresh Bond girl status, Hollywood is likely to see a lot more from the budding star, who says she was discovered around the age of 14 by a woman in a subway.

“She was very nice, and she just gave us her card and told us to send her photos by mail,” she said.

Uninitiated Bond fans will get to discover her in theaters everywhere on Nov. 14 — and that may not be her last brush with 007. Though “Quantum of Solace” picks up right after “Casino Royale” left off, Olga wouldn’t confirm or deny whether the story would continue in future films — or if she would return.

“That is a question for the producers,” she said.
