ROLL CALL: Amanda Bynes Tweets About Love; Spends Birthday Wandering Times Square Alone

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

Oh Amanda!: Amanda Bynes continued her antics on Wednesday, which happened to be on her 27th birthday. But despite reports that the actress is going through a slew of issues, she just might not care – based on her birthday Tweet. “When you’re in love, only one person’s opinion of you matters,” she wrote, possibly alluding to a romance? Despite a possible love connection for the headline-maker, the actress continued her bizarre behavior (solo) in New York City’s Times Square, where she was spotted walking in 40-degree weather wearing sandals. According to one onlooker, she was not looking where she was going in the bustling area of Manhattan. “[She was] walking through Times Square and not stopping for traffic or looking out for coming cars,” an eyewitness told Us Weekly. “There was a moment she crossed 7th Avenue that I thought she was going to get hit.”
