Britney Faces K-Fed’s Lawyer: The legal battles continue for Britney and Kevin. The singer is expected to undergo questioning by Kevin’s lawyers today, according to a report in People. She could be questioned on a range of topics including, failure to follow court orders and past alcohol and drug use, according to the mag. Britney will be under oath during the questioning.

Gold Dipped Paris: Someone who recently said she too wants a baby is Paris Hilton, but for now she’s selling a new canned champagne called Rich Prosecco spirits, according to a report by PageSix. Consumers might overlook the fact that the champagne comes in a can when they see the racy new ads for the beverage, which features Paris only wearing a layer of gold paint.

LOL Harry Potter: Not as funny as canned champagne, but according to Daniel Radcliffe the next “Potter” film, “Half-Blood Prince,” could be quite humorous. He told MTV News, “If we pull [it] off [right], it should be the funniest of the films so far.“Director David Yates says the reason is that the film is about “sex, drugs, and rock and roll! The little wizards are all grown up now.

You’ve Got Mail Kiefer: Kiefer Sutherland is spending Christmas, New Year’s and his borthday behind bars, but the fans are putting pen to paper to wish him all the best. The actor reportedly has no shortage of reading material, according to a report in People. “The guy’s been getting a ton of fan mail. Easily more than 100 letters a day,” Officer John Balian, spokesman for the Glendale City Jail told the mag.

Amy Winehouse’s Latest Meltdown: The troubled singer just can’t catch a break. She attempted to visit her husband in prison, but was turned away for showing up after visiting hours, according to a report in US Magazine. Angry, she reportedly muttered to herself, “This is f*ing s*” A source told the mag, “She begged and pleaded with wardens at the prison but they weren’t having any of it. The rules are the rules – if you’re late then you’re not going to get in. Visitors have to arrive before lunch is served. Clearly Amy didn’t drag herself out of bed in time.”
