ECLECTIC BLAKE: Blake Lewis promises beat-boxing and more on his debut album, tentatively titled “ADD (Audio Day Dream).” The “American Idol” runner-up reportedly told ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY, “I call it my Michael Jackson “Bad” album, in the sense that every track on that album is pop music but every single track is totally different than the next.”

DOING IT FOR HERSELF: 2005 “Idol” champ Carrie Underwood felt a little fear at first about matching the success of her debut album with her upcoming second release, but she reportedly told BILLBOARD, “I realized it was more [about] making an album for myself that I love and I know I have a huge hand in making. Whatever happens, it’s icing on the cake.”

A CHICK’S NEW NEST: Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines and husband Adrian Pasdar purchased a $5.6 million home in Brentwood, Calif., THE LA TIMES reports. The couple already have homes in Austin and New York, but they reportedly wanted a place convenient to Pasdar’s work as a regular in the NBC TV series “Heroes,” which shoots in Los Angeles.

PARTY SURPRISE: A party hosted by Jon Bon Jovi this weekend at his East Hampton home turned into a “summit of the rock gods,” THE NY DAILY NEWS’ GEORGE RUSH reports, when he was joined by party guests Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Jimmy Buffett and Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters for an impromptu jam session.

HEATHER ROCKS: Actress Heather Graham is flexing her vocal pipes for her role in “Broken,” THE NY POST’s PAGE SIX reports. The “Boogie Nights” beauty plays a “rocker girl” named Hope in the film, and she reportedly laid down her own vocal tracks for a music video from the soundtrack called “The Hanging Tree.”

USHER THE FIFTH?: Usher and wife Tameka Foster are expecting a baby, and the singer hopes to have a boy. USMAGAZINE.COM reports on an interview he did with Ellen DeGeneres for her show’s season premiere, in which he reportedly said, “I’m the fourth. Usher Raymond the fourth. I just want to pass the name on.”
