‘Punky Brewster’ Actress Gives Birth To Second Child: Soleil Moon Frye and husband Jason Goldberg had their second child, People reports. Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg, a girl, was born Monday in Los Angeles, weighing in at 8 lbs., 6 oz. “Soleil had a wonderful experience, and both she and the baby are doing great,” a rep for Soleil told the mag. The couple also has a two-year-old, Poet Sienna Rose Goldberg. No word if little Jagger will be wearing mismatched shoes.

Luckily the Disney star, born Destiny Hope Cyrus, is legally changing her name to Miley Ray Cyrus, according to documents obtained by Access Hollywood. The petition states that Cyrus wants to “make her commonly used name the same as her legal name.” No word if the young star first considered changing her name to Ms. Tween Gazillionaire Cyrus, but we think it has a nice ring to it.
