A Lip ‘Lapse’: In another edition of kiss and apologize, Season 11 “American Idol” contestant Brittany Kerr is speaking out and apologizing after she was photographed getting up close and personal with country singer Jason Aldean – who is married with two kids. “The actions I portrayed recently were not a representation of my true character, but a lapse in judgment on my part,” Brittany said in a statement to TMZ. Adding, “I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone that has been affected by this, including my friends & family.” The apology comes a day after Jason’s own mea culpa. (link to ours)
