ROLL CALL: Celebs Rocking The Web

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

‘Grey’s’ Spurs Massive Google Search: On Thursday’s “Grey’s Anatomy”, Dr. Mark “McSteamy” Sloan encountered a rather unfortunate sexcapade injury, which drove viewers to the Web in huge numbers searching for information. The term they were all looking for? “Penile fracture” — among other ways to describe the unfortunate event that occurred to the randy Seattle Grace doctor, TowleRoad.com reported. “McSteamy’s” injury skyrocketed to the top of Google’s searched Thursday night. We’re glad to see “Grey’s” is keeping the public abreast of all the important medical issues facing the public. To see a clip about “McSteamy’s” little accident CLICK HERE!

Robert Loves To Google Robert: Speaking of people getting their Google on, Robert Downey Jr. confessed to his love of searching himself on the Web. “Oh, I love all that s**t, personally. Sorry. I just love it. Because it’s a hoot,” the actor recently said at Newsweek’s 13th annual Oscar Roundtable, OK! Magazine reported. “Some people overstate their support, like they know you. Other people are busy doing something else and just want to go on this chat site and say some despicable character assassination, which I honestly thing they kind of nailed it. I do have that shortcoming. It’s really fun.” We’d expect nothing less from the guy who plays Tony Stark.

Hollywood Web Comebacks: Remember Mallory from the 80’s sitcom “Family Ties” — that would be Justine Bateman for all you hardcore fans – the actress is back, well at least back when it comes to the Web. Justine has cultivated quite a following on the micro-blogging Web sites, Twitter.com and Tumblr.com. With updates usually occurring daily, Justine keeps her readers informed about important things like the possible SAG actors strike (she even blogged during a recent SAG meeting)…but we really want to know why Tina Yothers has yet to Twitter! And if Justine is not your cup of Twitter tea, Britney Twitters too!
