The Rock Is Still Rocking: It takes a lot more than emergency surgery for a hernia injury to keep Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson down! The actor/wrestler showed off his insane bulging guns in a hospital bed following his Monday procedure. “Surgery a success! Dr repaired 3 hernial tears (fun pain). Superman is on the mend,” he Tweeted, with a photo of himself in a Superman shirt. Earlier in the week, the “Pain & Gain” star gave his fans a glimpse into his medical scare, writing, “Saw my Dr who had to push my intestines back thru the tear in my abdomen. Kinda romantic.”
