ROLL CALL: Has Paris Hilton Kicked Her Club Habit?

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

Paris & The Club… Dunzo?: Paris Hilton and clubbing go together as closely as the heiress and lost animals – so you can imagine our shock when we read that she is reportly quitting her clubbing ways. “The days of Paris going out to clubs are done,” a Radar source claimed. “Paris much prefers staying home with her boyfriend [Cy Waits], and watching movies.” Not that we don’t applaud Paris’ reported new leaf, but we highly doubt we’ve seen Paris throw her last fist pump.

Bieber Barbies?: Justin Bieber might be a platinum-selling artist, but now the teen sensation is going plastic! That’s right, now you can buy your own Bieber action figure – available in all of his signature looks. Roll Call is having a hard time choosing between blue high-topped Biebs or green hoodie Biebs… Oh no… our Bieber Fever is rising to an unhealthy 103.7 degrees. Must. Buy. All. Bieber. Dolls. Now!

Is Timberlake On His Way To E.G.O.T. Honors?: Who isn’t buzzing about “The Social Network?” Now the talk – according to Page Six’s Pop Wrap – is turning to Oscar mumblings for Justin Timberlake’s performance in the Facebook movie. JT already has six Grammy Awards and two Emmy Awards and if he were to nab an Oscar, he’d only be one award away from E.G.O.T. honors (someone who has won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award). Only ten people – including Whoopi Goldberg, Audrey Hepburn and Liza Minnelli – have achieved the feat. Now JT, when are you headed to Broadway? First though, check out a clip of JT’s performance in “The Social Network,” HERE and check out Scott “Movie” Mantz’s review, HERE, in which he calls the David Fincher-directed movie, “the ‘Citizen Kane’ of the 21st Century.”

LGBT TV Where Are You?: Is your DVR lacking the LGBT characters you need? The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) released their 15th annual “Where We Are on TV” study today, which measures the quantity of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people on primetime and cable television for the upcoming 2010-2011 television season. ABC ranked the highest with 11 LGBT characters out of 152 total series regular characters, while CBS only had one out of 125 series regulars. As for the gayest TV series on the small screen, “True Blood,” takes top honors. To quote “True Blood’s” Lafayette, “It ain’t possible to live unless you’re crossing somebody’s line.” Read more on GLAAD’s report, HERE! When it comes to reality TV, (which was not included in the report) we’d to personally send a shout out to every single thing on Bravo, “Project Runway,” “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and “America’s Next Top Model.”
