The alleged bitten woman is suing for $5 million. The dog was described as “a well-behaved guard dog” in the flight manifest, according to the paper. The woman alleges that when the dog attacked, she attempted to run away from the dog and fell, injuring her back. The flight attendant argues in her lawsuit that J.Lo is “absolutely liable for all injuries” because she “should have known the dog had vicious propensities”
