ROLL CALL: Katie Sticks With Her Name On Broadway

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

J.Lo’s Pooch’s Million Dollar Bite: Jennifer Lopez is being sued by a flight attendant who claims the actress’ German Shepherd bit her on the leg during a flight in 2006, The New York Daily News reports. The alleged bitten woman is suing for $5 million. The dog was described as “a well-behaved guard dog” in the flight manifest, according to the paper. The woman alleges that when the dog attacked, she attempted to run away from the dog and fell, injuring her back. The flight attendant argues in her lawsuit that J.Lo is “absolutely liable for all injuries” because she “should have known the dog had vicious propensities”

Uma Engaged: Uma is the latest actress to land a filthy rich boyfriend, and now Uma is engaged to him — him being Swiss multimillionaire Arpad “Arki” Busson, People reports. “I can confirm she is engaged,” a rep for the actress told the mag. And as for the rock on Uma’s finger? She is reportedly wearing an 8-plus carat center stone surrounded by 20 smaller stones. 28 pieces of bling, not bad Uma.

It’s Katie On Broadway, Not Kate: Though husband Tom likes to call his wife “Kate,” the actress will be sticking to the name the name the rest of the world knows her as when she makes her Broadway debut in Arthur Miller’s “All My Sons,” OK! Magazine reports. “A lot of discussion went on around her name and billing [for Arthur Miller’s All My Sons],” a Broadway source told the mag. “Eventually, it was Katie herself who insisted that she wanted to remain Katie Holmes on Broadway.” We’re glad that crisis is solved.

Cameron’s Cravings: If you’ve ever felt guilty about scarffing down a big breakfast, rest assured you’re in good company — Cameron Diaz company! The actress was spotted by People munching on a breakfast burrito at Cafe Montana on Santa Monica’s Montana Avenue Thursday. She also reportedly enjoyed a full fat latte! Celebs do eat like the rest of us!
