Katy’s Glow: Katy Perry stepped up her fashion game on Monday night at the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City where she was glowing – quite literally! “On the way to the Met Ball, ready to light this party up” she Tweeted before stepping out on the red carpet in a battery powered glowing gown. The singer had a plan for knowing when to call it a night. “If my dress goes off… Party is OVER!” she wrote in another Tweet and then added a bit later, “My lights went out.
