LeAnn Shrugs Off Weight Critics: LeAnn Rimes is making quite a few headlines after she Tweeted a photo of herself in a bikini from her honeymoon with Eddie Cibrian in Mexico. “Whoa, you’re scary skinny! Sorry don’t mean to offend but that’s a lot of bones showing through skin…,” one of her Twitter followers wrote in response to THIS PHOTO. The singer-turned-actress Tweeted back, “those are called abs not bones love… thx but this is my body and I can promise you I’m a healthy girl. I’m just lean.
