New Couple Alert?: Taylor Swift has been photographed recently with “Glee’s” Chord Overstreet (leading to rumors of a romance), but according to Us Weekly, the country star went on a date last week with “Tron: Legacy” hunk Garrett Hedlund. According to the mag, the duo had dinner together in Nashville on April 1. “It was their first time going out,” a source told the mag. “They’ve been emailing for a while, and she hinted they should get together.” The mag reported that Garrett left his hotel at 8 PM and returned by 12:30 AM. “She has actually spent time getting to know Garrett,” the mag source added. “He’s cute – and he’s into country music! [She] likes that he’s a normal guy.” No word if Garrett (who starred and sang his own songs with Gwyneth Paltrow in “Country Strong”) showed off his own country crooning skills in front of the ACM Entertainer of the Year.

“Shore” Stalled!: The guys and gals of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” have a little bit more time to listen to their Rosetta Stone tapes while GTL’ing! According to Radar, the show’s planned trip to Italy for its fourth season had been delayed. “Several of the housemates haven’t signed their contracts and until they do, the cast can’t go to Italy,” a production source told Radar. “The cast was meant to leave on April 18, but now with the contact troubles, they won’t be leaving until May.” Radar also reported that the show is having trouble finding places for Snooki and the gang to party, smush and avoid Italian grenades. The cast will reportedly be based in Florence while filming.
