Rosie Celebrates 45, Wishes For ‘No Feuds’

NEW YORK (March 21, 2007) — “Happy Birthday” wasn’t the only song sung to Rosie O’Donnell as she celebrated her 45th birthday on “The View.”

O’Donnell had asked for Broadway music, so the casts of three musicals sang songs from their shows to her.

The other women on “The View” gave O’Donnell presents. Joy Behar gave O’Donnell a toy dump truck with Donald Trump’s face in the driver’s seat. Dump Truck is O’Donnell’s nickname for Donald Trump.

But O’Donnell was in no mood for fighting. Before blowing out the candles on her cake, she wished for “no feuds” for the rest of the season. But then she added “in order for that to happen, I’m gonna hope that God holds my tongue sometimes and other times he lets me scream loud.”
