Stop the presses! Could the bitter feud between Rosie O’Donnell and Donald Trump be coming to an end?
“I found him likeable on Oprah,” Rosie told Access Hollywood at an AMFAR event in NYC on Wednesday. “So… there could be peace in the mid-East maybe.”
While the talk show diva may not be sure of her relationship standing with The Donald, she’s definitely sure of her love for “Glee” — though she says that she has no interest in making a cameo on the hit FOX series.
“No, it’s so good, it’s like I wait for Tuesdays,” Rosie told Access when asked if she’d like to guest star on the musical comedy. “If I was [on the show] I’d be like, ‘Oh God, look I looked fat in that scene. My chin showed. I can’t sing. They should have got someone better. Why did I do that?’
“I think it would ruin the show for me and I so love it,” she added.
Rosie also revealed that watching the kids of McKinley High has become part of the O’Donnell household weekly routine.
“It’s the first time that I’ve watched with my children from the beginning of a series every single week it’s been on,” Rosie told Access. “It’s like a ritual at the family — Tuesday nights ‘Glee.’”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, The Rosie/Trump feud ignited in 2006 when she called the business mogul a “snake-oil salesman” while she was co-hosting “The View” after he announced that he would not fire troubled Miss USA Tara Conner.
The feud continued in the press for years, but in recent months, it appears to have simmered.
In April 2010, Rosie revealed to Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts that she actually had never met her perceived nemesis.
“I’ve never spoken to the man in my life,” she said at the time. “I don’t know the guy. I don’t hang out in the circle of Donald Trump. It’s not like I see him at Sizzler, at the mall, on the weekend.”
