Rosie O’Donnell On Her Dream ‘Glee’ Cameo: Having ‘A Torrid Affair’ With Sue Sylvester

“Glee’s” Sue Slyvester has made quite a bit of trouble for Matthew Morrison’s singing instructor Will Schuester, but could someone be making trouble for her?

Following her HBO Television Critics Association panel to promote her new documentary, “A Family Is A Family Is A Family: A Rosie O’Donnell Celebration,” Rosie revealed she would love to join the FOX show in a cameo role where she encounters Jane Lynch’s cheerleading coach character.

“I would like to have a competitive cheerleading team against Jane Lynch,” Rosie answered when asked which star she’d like to tangle with on the hit show.

And although Jane’s character, Sue, previously struck out with a newscaster earlier in the season, Rosie thinks if she were on “Glee,” Sue might be able to have some real romance.

“And maybe she and I like fall in love and have a torrid affair,” Rosie added.

Rosie, who has spent plenty of time on Broadway, admitted she’s a big fan of the FOX musical and would jump at a chance to join the Golden Globe nominated series.

“In a heartbeat, I would do it in a moment,” she said. “I would sing anything they asked.”
