Samantha Ronson has taken to Twitter to defend ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan – against Joan Rivers.
“Hey Joan Rivers- you have collagen older than Lindsay, pick on someone your own age, oh wait, I guess people that old can’t hear. #bully,” the DJ Tweeted on Friday.
The Tweet came in response to a number of harsh but humorous attacks from Joan Rivers’ own Twitter page on Thursday and Friday, which criticized Lindsay’s alleged drinking and behavior in court last week.
“Lindsay Lohan said she wouldn’t mind being under oath because she thought Oath was a Norwegian ski instructor,” Joan wrote in one Tweet.
Lindsay herself responded to Samantha’s Tweet with one of her own on Saturday.
“Thank you ;),” she Tweeted. “I love yams x.”
Lindsay has just 10 days left before she must turn herself in to the court on July 20 to serve out her 90-day jail sentence, ordered after Judge Marsha Revel ruled that the actress had violated her parole.
