Sandra Bullock & Jesse James Finalize Divorce

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have finalized their divorce, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

According to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood, the couple’s divorce was finalized on Monday at 9:02 AM. Bullock, referred to as B.A.S. in the papers (her initials backwards), signed the documents on June 24 in New Orleans and James, referred to as J.J.G., signed on Jun 23 in California.

The divorce papers go on to state that Bullock and James are waiving the money they each invested into each other’s properties. They are also in agreement on all terms of the divorce, leaving nothing for the judge in the case to decide.

The divorce will now allow the actress to complete her adoption of son Louis as a single parent.

On Monday, a lawyer for Bullock was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Access.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the 45-year-old actress filed for divorce from James on April 23 in Travis County District Court, citing that their marriage had “become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation.”

Bullock and James were married in 2005.
