Sandra Bullock Responds To $70M Gravity Payday Report

Sandra Bullock did not take home an Oscar for her role in “Gravity,” but the actress has reportedly banked the biggest payday ever for an actress – and she’s talking to Access Hollywood about what she would do with the money.

“That was news to me,” the 49-year-old said of her reported $70 million payday for role.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, she earned $20 million upfront to star in the Alfonso Cuaron-directed movie with 15 percent of the film’s first-dollar gross, plus a cut of DVD and TV profits.

Sandra stopped short of confirming her historical payday to Billy Bush, saying, “If that should happen in my lifetime!”

But if she does earn a massive “Gravity” check, the actress knows where it will go.

“Even better for me to give it away to those causes that need it,” she explained.

“Gravity” has earned over $700 million worldwide and took home seven Oscars on Sunday, including Best Director.
