WESTMINSTER, Calif. (May 3, 2007) — Sandra Bullock is applying for a restraining order against the woman she says tried to run down her husband, Access Hollywood has learned.
Marcia Valentine was arrested earlier this week and then released on bail. In documents obtained by Access Hollywood, Bullock says not only did Valentine try to run over her husband but she has trespassed on their property “on several occasions.”
She also says Valentine has thrown signs and other things over their gate.
Bullock says she wants protection for herself, her husband, Jesse James, and James’ three boys, who are 12, ten and three.
