Santa’s Celebrity Naughty List 2014: 15 Stars Who Will Be Getting Coal

Santa is a busy guy, so in case he hasn’t been keeping a watchful eye on Hollywood, Access is counting down who has been naughty and not so nice!

We’ve made our list, checked it twice and know who might be getting a lump of coal in their stocking this year.

15. Every celebrity who got a DUI in 2014

Santa was Uber not happy with these stars’ choices and hopes that in 2015, they Lyft themselves up to a new standard and call a car service, a cab, or just stay put! We’re looking at you “Cake Boss” star Buddy Valastro, Michael Phelps, Amanda Bynes, Chris Kattan, Justin Bieber, David Cassidy, Tito Ortiz and Chris Pine!

14. “Bachelor” Juan Pablo Galavis

It was a rough year for the Venezuela-born reality star who got into hot water (of the non-Jacuzzi variety) after saying gays tend to be “more pervert” than straight people and also said he didn’t believe a gay version of the ABC reality series would be “a good example for kids.” He later apologized for his comments. In his quest to be a good example for the children, he then went on “Couples Therapy” with then-girlfriend Nikki Ferrell in September before splitting with her in October.

13. Jason Biggs

Sometimes Twitter and celebrities don’t mix, for instance when “Orange Is the New Black’s” Jason Biggs Tweeted, “Anyone wanna buy my Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles?” following the crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 in July. He later said he was “stupid” for joking about the still-unsolved tragedy.

12.Drake

In February, the rapper apologized after lashing out at Rolling Stone for replacing him on the cover of the magazine with the late Philip Seymour Hoffman. His reaction, which he said happened on “an emotional day,” might leave his stocking a little less stuffed this year.

11. Bette Midler

The screen and music icon made our list after saying, “You don’t have to make a whore out of yourself to get ahead. You really don’t,” while talking about Ariana Grande. We’re guessing Ariana won’t be sending Bette any of her signature cat ears this year!

10. Mark Wahlberg

One might think the actor made our list after he asked to be pardoned for hitting a man with a wooden stick while trying to steal two cases of alcohol when he was a teenager… when he should be asking to be pardoned for “Transformers: Age of Extinction,” which is currently ranked with a dismal 18 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

9. Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott

After their reality TV onslaught pelted us with one uncomfortable moment after another on “True Tori” (the sound of a sobbing Dean still echoes in our brains!), we thought we saw a light at the end of the tunnel when Dean told Access he was quitting the show… but then , “I would like to continue with the show. I have a lot more to say.” How much coal must be delivered to their house to make the show stop?!

8. Macklemore

The rapper apologized for a costume he wore in May at the opening night of the “Spectacle: The Music Video” exhibition – a getup that many called offensive for perpetuating stereotypes about the Jewish culture. At the time, the rapper said he thought he resembled popular ‘90s rap persona Humpty Hump from Digital Underground… check out the look that landed him in on our list!

7. Jonah Hill

In June, the “22 Jump Street” star made our list with five words that Santa (and pretty much every one ever!) was not fond of! The actor yelled, “Suck my d**k, you f****t,” to a photographer. He later apologized saying the moment was a “heartbreaking situation” and that “from the day I was born, and publicly, I’ve been a gay rights activist.” Expect fabulous glittery coal in your stocking Jonah!

6. The Men Of “Gone Girl” & “Fifty Shades of Grey”

Sometimes naughty can be nice, like when Ben Affleck and Neil Patrick Harris both went full-frontal in “Gone Girl” – kudos to the guys for furthering the fight for equality in the area of big screen nudity. And, to Jamie Dornan, who revealed that he won’t be showing off his goods in the upcoming big screen version of “Fifty Shades of Grey,” a lump of coal for you!

5. Solange

In Beyonce’s “Flawless,” she sings that having a billion dollars on an elevator can make for a rough ride, and that was oh-so-evident in May when her sister, Solange, attacked Jay Z inside in elevator at The Standard in New York City following the Met Gala. Dear Solange, don’t throw this coal at your brother-in-law.

4. Justin Bieber

Santa lost track of how many times the headline-making pop star landed on the naughty list this year! Noise complaints, egging his neighbors, DUI charges, old jokes about joining the KKK, alleged bar fights with Orlando Bloom, beyond childish behavior during a deposition… and we haven’ even mentioned his choice to go bleach blond!

3. Kim Kardashian

The reality star ends up on the naughty list for attempting to “break the internet” after putting her body (front and back!) on full display in Paper magazine. Will she try and balance this lump of coal on her backside and will there ever be a year where the Kardashians remained publicly clothed for 365 days?

2. Teresa Giudice & husband Joe

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star was given 15 months behind bars for conspiracy and bankruptcy charges and her husband Joe was given 41 months in jail in October. The Bravo star said she was “shocked” with her sentence that she is scheduled to begin on January 5, 2015. No coal for these two, they have enough to deal with.
