Sarah Jessica Parker’s HBO Comedy, ‘Divorce,’ Gets A Premiere Date

Sarah Jessica Parker’s new show for HBO has a premiere date.

The actress’ new comedy, “Divorce,” will premiere on October 9 at 10 PM ET/PT on the cable network.

The series stars the “Sex and The City” alum as Frances, a married mom of two, who decides to split with her husband of more than a decade, Robert, played by a mustached Thomas Haden Church.

“Divorce” follows the pair through a “very, very long divorce,” per HBO, as Frances and Robert “grapple with the fallout from their failing marriage, not just for themselves, but also for their children and friends, ranging from awkward public encounters to difficult private therapy sessions.”

Sarah Jessica is an executive producer of the 10-episode series, which was created by “Catastrophe” star Sharon Horgan.

Molly Shannon, Talia Balsam, Tracy Letts, Sterling Jerins and Charlie Kilgore also star in the half-hour comedy series.
