Scarlett Johansson Invites 72-Year-Old Lookalike To Party At ‘Rough Night’ Premiere

Scarlett
Johansson is ready to meet her doppelganger.

On
Wednesday, she responded to Reddit user denverjoel’s 50-year-old photograph in
which his grandmother bears a striking resemblance to the “Ghost in the
Shell” star.

In
a YouTube video, Scarlett admitted that she’s been “inundated” with
messages since the now-viral picture was posted last week and finally decided
to see what all the fuss was about.

“I had to look at the photo myself — Holy crap!” Scarlett said, before inviting her lookalike to join her at the premiere of her upcoming comedy, “Rough Night.”

“I want to meet you in person,” Scarlett said, addressing the now-72-year-old “Grandma Geraldine” directly.

“Let’s get a drink,” she continued, also referencing how denverjoel originally quoted Geraldine as saying she was “drunk as a skunk” when the snap was taken.

“Do you want to come see ‘Rough Night’ with me? Be my guest? We’re a bunch of partying girls, so it’s a good running theme,” Scarlett joked, adding that she’ll also cover all the “hidden costs” for Geraldine’s trip.

“I’ll see you at the bar!” the 32-year-old added. “Be there, or be square!”

Denverjoel has since updated followers on the situation, commenting on Thursday that Geraldine was “literally jaw-dropping dumbfounded” over Scarlett’s gesture — and that he was included in her invitation as well.

According to him, Scarlett has her work cut out for her.

“We are so taking them up on their offer,” he wrote. “My grandma can get down.”

Geraldine herself is also speaking out publicly, telling Time on Thursday that she’s going to see if she “can drink [Scarlett] under the table.”

However, Geraldine reportedly couldn’t help but issue a disclaimer as well.

“She has got to remember to take it easy on me. I’m 40 years older than her,” she told the mag.

“Rough Night” hits theaters on June 16.
