Scott Disick has entered rehab, again.
The 32-year-old reality star – and father to Kourtney Kardashian’s three children – has checked himself into a rehab facility to seek treatment for drug and alcohol abuse, according to multiple reports (including E! News and People).
According to People, Scott checked into the Cliffside Malibu facility over the weekend, after receiving an ultimatum from ex-girlfriend Kourtney.

Scott and Kourtney, 36, split in July after nine years together.
The
news is yet another dramatic turn for the Kardashian/Jenner family, as
it comes as Lamar Odom continues to fight for his life in a Nevada
hospital.
This marks Scott’s fourth stint in rehab.
A rep for Scott was not immediately available for comment when Access Hollywood reached out.
