On The Set Of ‘Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life’: Where Are Rory & Lorelai Now?

Back in Stars Hollow at last! While
fans will have to wait a little bit longer see all of “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life,” we have the
details as to what Rory and Lorelai are up to in
the anticipated Netflix revival!

“She has been working very hard,” Alexis Bledel told Access Hollywood of her character, Rory Gilmore, during a visit to the show’s
set. “The thing that, you know, has changed is her field (journalism). So she has to adapt along with it
and that’s where we pick up.”

“At a crossroads,” is
how Lauren Graham, who plays Rory’s mother, Lorelai, described where the cast is
now.

She also hinted at how
Lorelai is handling the death of her father, Richard, who was played by the
late Edward Herrmann.

“I would say a major thing all the characters are
dealing with is, in my case, the loss of my father and kind of what that does
to my mother’s life, what that does to my life,” she said. “So it’s
sort of like, the beginning of our journey.”
