Kelly’s exit comes less than a week after Giuliana Rancic made controversial comments about Zendaya’s dreadlocks on the post-Oscars episode of “Fashion Police.”

Giuliana has since apologized on Twitter and on air for her remarks regarding Zendaya’s hairstyle. Zendaya and Kelly have both accepted Giuliana’s apology, according to posts on their social media accounts.

E! also said “no decisions have been made” regarding who will fill the vacant seat on the panel – which also stars Kathy Griffin and Brad Goreski, in addition to Giuliana.
