Sienna Miller’s Trouble At The Tank

As if steep gas prices aren’t bad enough, actress Sienna Miller had to fend off a horde of paparazzi when she filled up her tank in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

“Can you leave me alone?” she asked photographers, according to The Daily Telegraph. “I’m trying to get gas and this is really harassment. Please leave me alone. I can’t live like this, please give me a little bit of respect.”

Following the fill-up, she reportedly drove to the Beverly Hills Police Station, where she asked for and received a police escort to the Four Seasons Hotel.

Miller has been under media scrutiny recently thanks to her reported relationship with Balthazar Getty, oil heir and a star of “Brothers and Sister.”

Getty and Miller were spotted having lunch in Malibu on Sunday.

Rumors the two were involved in a romance grew when Getty was photographed kissing a topless Sienna off the Amalfi coast earlier this summer. Getty is married to wife Rosetta, with whom he has four children.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Getty and his wife recently separated, according to a statement the actor released to Access Hollywood.

“The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved,” he said. “In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”
