Simone Biles Gets Social Media Shout-Out From Her Celebrity Crush Zac Efron

Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles can add one more
accomplishment to her already-impressive roster – a shout-out from her celebrity crush Zac Efron!

“Of course I’m watching the #FinalFive dominate the
floor,” Zac tweeted Tuesday night, accompanying a photo of himself in a
USA t-shirt and posing in front of a group photo of Simone and her fellow
gymnasts as he makes a heart with his hands.

The Final Five ladies took home the all-around gold in Rio shortly after Zac’s post, besting their closest competition by more than eight points.

Zac had previously singled out Simone and her athletic
prowess on social media, congratulating her for making the individual
gymnastics finals.

“So phenomenal a skill’s named after her,” Zac wrote on Twitter Monday night,
referring to Simone’s signature “Biles” maneuver which even her male
counterparts have trouble landing.

The 19-year-old has discussed her affection for Zac in a
series of recent interviews, even revealing that she keeps a life-size cardboard cutout
of the “Neighbors 2” star in her bedroom.

“Sometimes I used to kiss him on the cheek,”
Simone told NBC Nightly News, admitting the practice was “a little
strange.”

In a sit-down with Access Hollywood‘s Natalie Morales,
Simone was forthcoming about her “obsession” with the actor and
explained the pretty straightforward reasons he’s one of her Hollywood
favorites.

“I just think he’s really hot. I just like Zac Efron’s
face,” she said. “And he has a good body!”

As for her personal Zac memorabilia, Simone said she
realizes the memento is something that might catch houseguests a little off
guard.

“Sometimes now I get insecure, so I fold him up if
people come so they can’t make fun of me for it,” she told Access.

However, she said the Zac cutout hasn’t
gone anywhere yet.

“But he’s still in my room,” she smiled.
