‘Sister Wives’ Star Kody Brown Reportedly Marries Fourth Wife

Kody Brown, star of TLC’s polygamy reality show, “Sister Wives,” has reportedly married wife No. 4, according to TMZ.

The site claims Kody married his “latest fiancée,” Robyn Sullivan, “a few months ago” in Utah, at a private religious ceremony.

Robyn will bring her three children from a previous marriage into this new union, joining Kody’s 13 kids and three current wives (bringing the grand total of family members to 21 people).

TLC cameras were not allowed to film the marriage ceremony, but the reception will reportedly be featured on the show, with some of the events leading up to the wedding being featured on this Sunday’s episode, according to the site.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, police in Utah anoounced they’ve launched a bigamy investigation into the polygamous family, as bigamy is a third-degree felony in Utah (although it is rarely prosecuted).

Under the law, a person can be guilty of bigamy through cohabitation, not just legal marriage contracts.

The Brown family released a statement regarding the investigation to Access Hollywood, saying, “We are disappointed in the announcement of an investigation, but when we decided to do this show, we knew there would be risks. But for the sake of our family, and most importantly, our kids, we felt it was a risk worth taking.”
