Snooki Doesn’t Attend NJ Hearing On Disorderly Conduct; Lawyer Enters Not Guilty Pleas

An attorney for “Jersey Shore” cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has entered not-guilty pleas on her behalf to three charges.

Polizzi did not attend Wednesday’s municipal court hearing in Seaside Heights. She was arrested last month and charged with disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance.

Prosecutors say she also will face an additional charge of annoying people at the beach in the New Jersey town where the MTV reality show is based.

She was later released on a summons. Her trial was scheduled for Sept. 8.

“Jersey Shore” focuses on the escapades of a group of hard-partying, 20-something Italian-Americans at a shore house.
