Give up high heels? Never!
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is in her second trimester of pregnancy, but the pint-sized reality star refuses to step out of her stilettos.
“I’ll wear [heels] until my feet swell — I just want to be a hot young mom,” the 24-year-old told Access Hollywood at the MTV Upfronts in New York City on Thursday. “Just because I’m pregnant doesn’t mean I need to be wearing like, muumuus and flats. That’s not me.”
While Snooki’s style may not have changed for the baby, her appetite certainly has.
“I’m craving a lot of fruits which is good and jelly,” she said. “Everything is pretty much healthy that I’m craving which is nice. I don’t want to add the extra weight.”
The leopard-print loving “Jersey Shore” star, who told Access she’s “about five months” along, is enjoying her engagement to Jionni LaValle, although the pair won’t be walking down the aisle until after the baby arrives.
“Jionni is an amazing guy and he’s going to be there for me no matter what. So, the fact I got a really nice ring — it feels nice,” she said, adding, “I’ll have a healthy baby first, then think about the wedding.”
Snooki’s BFF Jenni “JWoww” Farley, who was also on hand for the event, said she can’t wait until the little one arrives.
“I think [Snooki] is going to be doing great because filming with her I realized how dedicated and excited she is,” she told Access. “She’s in pregnancy mode. She can’t wait to have this baby. I really think that the viewers are going to be able to see that with our show coming out because everyone knows Nicole as out partying and being crazy but it’s a complete 180.
“I’m just really proud of her. I can’t wait to see her hold him in her arms,” she added.
