Spice Girls Say Final Goodbye

With the Spice Girls reunion world tour now over, the fab five hit their Web site to say an official goodbye.

The girls have been posting messages bidding their fans adieu in the time leading up to the jaunt’s end, but it appears, this latest message is their final, final say on the matter.

“Our time is up… we’ve come to the end of the road… there are tears of both sadness and joy. Look how far we’ve come,” the girls posted. “Who would have thought that our reunion could have turned out to be this amazing? It just shows what can grow out of an exciting thought, an idea, a hope, a dream. Yes, our reunion tour is proof that dreams do come true.”

The Spice moms took the opportunity to brand their fans, “the most loyal in the world,” and claimed concert-goers “inspired and ignited us with each show.”

They also advised their fans to “let Girl Power live on through all of you as it will continue in us and the future generations to come.”

They wrapped up their note quoting two of their popular songs – “Never Give Up On The Good Times,” which suggests you should “always believe in the love you find,” and “Goodbye,” where they noted “so glad we made it, time will never change it.”

In related news, fans looking to catch at least one Spice Girl in the coming weeks can tune into Access Hollywood, as Mel B, aka Scary Spice, will serve as Access’ new “Dancing With the Stars” correspondent.
