Stacy Keibler Channeled Cheerleader Past For Clooney & Obama’s Basketball Game

Stacy Keibler was by boyfriend George Clooney’s side as he welcomed President Barack Obama to his home for a private fundraiser on Thursday, and the statuesque blonde said she was absolutely awestruck by the Commander-in-Chief.

“It was such an honor, it really was,” Stacy told People while attending the 19th Annual EIF Revlon Run/Walk For Women in Los Angeles on Saturday. “To have the President at our house was such an unbelievable honor. I would say that there is such an energy and a presence, and I felt almost speechless.”

It wasn’t until the following day that Stacy – a former NFL cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens – found her voice, as George hit the basketball court with the POTUS and friends, including actor Tobey Maguire.

“I was a cheerleader on the side,” she told the mag.

Fortunately, Stacy wasn’t forced to choose between rooting for the President and her Academy Award-winning beau, as the power pair joined forces on the court.

“George and Obama were on the same team, so they both [won],” she told the mag. “It made it easy!”
