Starz Drops First Images From The White Queen (PHOTOS)

Starz has dropped the first images from its upcoming series, “The White Queen.”

The series stars Aneurin Barnard as a young Richard III, before he was crowned King of England.

Max Irons (son of Jeremy Irons and “Camelot’s” Sinead Cusack) plays King Edward IV, Richard’s brother.

The series also stars David Oakes (who played Juan, the ill-fated son of Jeremy’s Pope Rodrigo Borgia on Showtime’s “The Borgias”) as Richard’s older brother — George, Duke of Clarence.

The remains of Richard III were found under a car park in Leicester, England, recently.

Starz’s 10-part series, “The White Queen,” which is co-produced by the BBC, will premiere later this summer on the network.
