Susan Boyle’s Concert Comeback

British singing sensation Susan Boyle made a triumphant return to the stage Monday night. The 48-year-old Scottish songstress performed at a concert in Glasgow, as part of the “Britain’s Got Talent” tour which includes all the finalists from the competition, People reported.

SuBo sang “I Dreamed a Dream” and “Memory” in front of 6,000 fans and was met with spontaneous applause from the crowd, according to her rep.

“Halfway through the first song they were on their feet giving her a standing ovation, and they remained on their feet the whole way through,” her rep said. “They were cheering her on. And she was ecstatic with the performance. She was really, really happy with how it went.”

The rep added that she is “doing what she loves doing best, and that’s singing.”

SuBo previously missed two performances in Manchester due to exhaustion.
